License Agreement

      Copyright 2000-2003, Sergejs Tarasovs.

      This is a legal agreement (this 'License') between you, the end user, and copyright holder, the author of program. Downloading and using the Software indicates that you accept and agree to comply with these terms.

1. The above copyright notice and this permission notice appear in all copies of the software and related documentation. Notices of copyright and/or attribution which appear at the beginning of any file included in this distribution must remain intact.

2. This software is owned by author (Sergejs Tarasovs) and is protected by national copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

3. This software is licensed to you. You are not obtaining title to the software or any copyrights. You may not sublicense, rent, or lease the software for any purpose. You are free to modify the code for your own personal use (all copyright notices in source code and script output should remain intact).

4. This license covers one installation of the program on one domain/url only. But you are free to install another copy of program on local computer for testing purposes.

5. You may redistribute this program as long as this copyright notice stay's intact and the code in it's original format. Redistribution should only take place with all the files in it's original form.

6. Copyright holder of program grants to you a non-exclusive, personal license to use the Software for thirty (30) days on any website for testing purposes. After this period all commercial sites (sites of commercial or governmental organizations, all sites with commercial content, such as banners, paid advertisement, sponsored links, partner programs etc.) are required to erase all copies of this software or to obtain commercial license.

   Commercial license provides:

        - 1 year E-mail assistance for unmodified versions;
        - free minor updates;
        - permission to remove copyright notices from script output.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. Reselling the source code without written permission of copyright holder is strictly forbidden. Commercial resellers are welcome but write first for conditions and percentage.
